Beating the January Blues
Jan 25 2012
Well the weather outside is freezing and the cake inside is teasing, since we've no place to go (not necessarily true) let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Or not, as the rain in London seems to be our only hope this winter. Not pretty and not fun to be out in but a very good excuse to dash into lovely looking tea shops and vintage stores (just to get out of the rain you understand). So this week I had a lovely afternoon tea at Camellia's , just off Carnaby Street, at the top of Kingly Court and passed by the wonderfully named Fur Coat No Knickers, if I ever do get hitched - that is definitely worth checking out for gorgeous vintage bridal wear.
I also popped into the Vintage Fair in Hammersmith and managed to squeeze in a quick photoshoot for some new winter items. All in all a pretty busy week (there was some actual work in there as well - just to be clear!). So I hope you enjoy the new items and do check out the SALE tab at the top of the page. All the winter coats and furs are 20% off till the end of January - just go to my facebook page or @MayVintage twitter account and like/ follow/ send me a message and I will whizz off the discount code for you.
So, I can still hear that cake calling, I'm off to ruin my diet. (again)
